Order Processing

All Rebellion Vestis products are made to order. Once your purchase is completed, your item enters production right away. Production times may vary depending on product type and order volume, but most items are created within a few business days.

Shipping Timeframes

After production is complete, your order is handed off to the carrier for delivery. Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier’s service in your area. Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout.

Please note:

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

  • Carrier delays, weather issues, and high‑volume seasons may extend delivery times.

  • International orders may experience customs‑related delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the items in your order, and the carrier’s pricing.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the carrier.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If the address is incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable and the package is returned to our production partner, you may request reshipment, but you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.

If the package is delivered to the wrong address due to customer error, the order is considered delivered and no replacement or refund will be issued.

Lost Packages

If the carrier confirms that a package is lost in transit (not delivered, not returned, and not due to an incorrect address), we will assist with a replacement at no cost.

Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for replacement or refund.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on production location and availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
