Return & Refund Policy

Made‑to‑Order Products

All Rebellion Vestis items are created individually once an order is placed. Because our apparel is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality.

0‑Hour Verification and Final Checkout

Before completing checkout, you are responsible for verifying all order details, including:

  • Size

  • Color

  • Design

  • Quantity

  • Shipping address

Once payment is submitted, your order immediately enters production and cannot be canceled, edited, or corrected. All sales are final.

Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy

Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If the address is incorrect, incomplete, misspelled, missing apartment/unit numbers, or entered in the wrong format, and the package is lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong location, no free replacement or refund will be issued.

If an order is returned to our production partner due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may request reshipment, but you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.

If the package is delivered to the wrong address because of customer error, the order is considered lost and no replacement or refund will be provided.

When We Offer Replacements or Refunds

We will remake or refund an item only if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The print is defective

  • The item received does not match the order

  • The package is confirmed lost by the carrier (not due to customer address errors)

To submit a claim, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief explanation

Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at no cost.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Because each item is custom‑made, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size or color chosen by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

  • Normal wear and tear

Lost Packages (Carrier‑Confirmed)

If the carrier confirms a package is lost in transit (not delivered, not returned, and not due to an incorrect address), we will replace the order at no cost.
